These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Nihilo Solutions LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("we," "us," "our," or "Stowed"), governing your use of the Stowed application and our website at stowedapp.app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Stowed. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by applicable law. The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Nihilo Solutions LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Stowed uses three roles: Owner, Manager, and Employee. Access to features such as pricing, customer management, receivables, and invoicing depends on your role. New members who join using a warehouse code remain pending until an Owner approves them, and no one gains access to your organization's data without that approval. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
Stowed offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are purchased on our website, not through in-app purchase. The following terms apply:
The business information you enter into Stowed belongs to your organization. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for having the right to store and use it in Stowed, and for your communications with your own customers, including any invoices you send through the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, to disrupt or overload the Service, to attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, to circumvent security or access controls, or to introduce malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and Apple. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
The following applies when you obtain the Stowed app through the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and Nihilo Solutions LLC only, and not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law, and intellectual property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Stowed is a tool to help you manage your business and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nihilo Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 U.S. dollars if you have paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nihilo Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if needed to protect the Service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and Nihilo Solutions LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Connecticut will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
