Stowed is an inventory and business-to-business order management application for small and mid-size businesses, operated by Nihilo Solutions LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("we," "us," "our," or "Stowed"). By creating an account or using Stowed, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate Stowed, and only to the extent they need it to perform their work on our behalf:
We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Stowed. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Subscriptions are purchased on our website, not inside the app. Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. Stowed never receives or stores your full card number.
We keep your information for as long as your account or your organization is active, or as needed to provide the service. When you request deletion of your account, we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations, or to resolve disputes.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including isolation of each organization's data at the database level using Row Level Security, role-based access controls, encryption of data in transit, and restricted administrative access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information: the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to delete your information; the right to obtain a portable copy of your information; and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and certain profiling. Stowed does not sell or share personal information for those purposes, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still exercise your other rights.
These rights are provided under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Utah, and other states. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise a right, email support@stowedapp.app from the email address associated with your account, and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and where required by law you may appeal a decision by replying to our response. If you are an employee or member of an organization that uses Stowed, much of your information is controlled by that organization, and we may direct your request to them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We do not use your business data to train advertising models or to market third-party products to you.
Stowed is a business tool intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Stowed is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time. See our Support page for steps, or email support@stowedapp.app with the subject "Delete my account."
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of Stowed after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
